1. Remove the plastic protector between the batteries in your LED light. This will bring your light to life!

MOULDING YOUR MOUTH GUARDS

1. Pour boiling water into a heat proof bowl. Submerge the mouth guards (one at a time) in the hot water for 2-3 seconds. Remove the mouth guards from the hot water, place the mouth guard over your teeth and suck out the air – be careful, it is HOT!

2. Use your fingers to firmly mould the mouth guard and gently bite down to ensure your mouth guard is perfectly moulded to your teeth. Once you’re happy, place the mouth guard in cold water to ensure the shape holds.

3. Repeat this process with your second mouth guard.

WHITENING

One 3ml syringe should give you approximately 4-5 applications.

1. Brush your teeth before you start the whitening process.

2. Syringe a small amount of whitening gel on each tooth crevice on your mouth guard.

3. Place the mouth guard in your mouth (top and bottom).

4. Turn the LED light on and place it under your lips (so you don’t have to hold it).

5. Lie down to ensure saliva doesn’t interfere with the solution while you’re whitening.

6. Leave the mouth guards in your mouth for 30-60 minutes.

7. Rinse your mouth with water and brush your teeth.

8. Clean your mouth guards with a toothbrush to ensure they’re clean for the next treatment.

9. If you feel pain or sensitivity remove the mouth guards immediately, rinse your mouth with water and apply the blue desensitisation gel to clean mouth guards and apply to your teeth (no LED light is needed).

FREQUENCY

We recommend treating once a week for the first four weeks until you’re happy with the colour. From there we recommend re-treating as needed according to your lifestyle but no more than once a month.

FOR BEST AND SAFEST RESULTS

For best results we recommend having a professional clean from your dentist before you start the whitening process.

IMPORTANT

If you have any concerns or queries about the treatment before or after use, we recommend you have a chat with us on the website and/or seek advice from your dentist.

PREGNANT/BREASTFEEDING

We do NOT recommend whitening treatments if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.

AGE

We do NOT recommend whitening for children under the age of 18 as the pulp (nerve of the tooth) is enlarged until this age and whitening will cause irritation and sensitivity.
